Ingredients

  1. fish
  2. 4fish fillets
  3. 100 mlpineapple juice
  4. 1/2 cupwarm water
  5. 2 tspcorn starch
  6. 2 gramspepper and salt
  7. 50 gramsmargarine
  8. 1soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Dissolve 2 tsp cornstarch in a warm ½ cup water

  2. 2

    Add margarine and pineapple juice.

  3. 3

    Boil until the liquid has thickened.

  4. 4

    Flavor with either soy sauce or salt.

  5. 5

    Season your fish.

  6. 6

    Coat your fish with egg wash and flour or bread crumbs.

  7. 7

    Fry your fish until cooked.

  8. 8

    Add the sweet and sour sauce on top of the fish.You may add onion powder on the sauce for added flavor.

  9. 9

    Serve and eat with rice or crispy noodles
