I always make vegetable namul (Korean vegetable salad) for side dishes. It’s so tasty and we can eat much vegetables.

Shred carrot and boil with a little salt.

Boil bean sprouts and spinach with a little of salt.

Whisk eggs and fry with salad oil.

Cut fried eggs.

Mix vegetables and sesame oil and beef bouillon powder.

Today I use this Korean beef bouillon powder

Put sesame and mix well.

Put egg.
