Mix 250 gm oil and salt in maida and rub it in between your palm

Mix water and knead stiff dough

Heat 1 tbsp oil and add jeera,hing,coriander powder,red chilli powder and saute

Add green chilli and peas in it...add salt and cover it to cook

When peas are cooked add garam masala,dry mango powder and green coriander and mix

Mash it while it is hot..take out in plate and stuffing is ready

Take a lemon size ball from a dough and roll it in circle..cut from middle

Take one part on your hand and seal from one side as making a cone

Stuff the filling and apply water and seal it..make all the samosa like this

Deep fry on medium flame and enjoy with tea
