Clean your fish by removing scales and bones

In a bowl mix flour, aromat, fish spice and zeal

Use another bowl to bit your eggs and add a bit of aromat

In a pan add your cooking oil

Once your cooking oil is hot, deep your fish in the flour mixture and cover the whole fish with the mixture

After that deep it in the egg and put it in the hot oil and deep fry

Turn your fish every 3 minutes until it's well cooked.

You can serve with mashed potatoes and green salad
