Ingredients

  • 1sourdough mound roll
  • 2 cloveminced garlic
  • 1 tsponion salt
  • 2 cancampbells cheese sauce
  • 2 headbroccoli crowns
  • 1 quarthalf n half
  • 1 tspsalt & pepper
  • 3 cupshredded cheddar cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    in a large pot add 8 FL. oz of half n half, 2 cans of cheese, shredded Cheddar (8 oz) minced garlic, broccoli evenly cut onion salt. pepper

  2. 2

    add water if needed. let cook on medium heat for 20 minutes

  3. 3

    preheat oven 350. then add sourdough mound

  4. 4

    once mound looks golden remove. cut out center to add soup.

  5. 5

    add soup into bowl. serve hot add more cheese if desired. salt pepper to taste! !!
