preheat oven to 180°c.

Line a glass oven proof with tin foil.

Chop the ends off of the potatoes, peel them and place them in the dish. Put the dish in the oven.

Put the can of tomatoes in a blender, along with the ground pepper, garlic, juice of the lime, paprika, fresh and ground ginger, marjoram, ground nut oil, honey, fresh tomatoes, tomato puree, cashew nuts, mixed seeds, pine nuts and tomato juice. Blend to your liking.

Dice the turkey and place in a large bowl. Pour the sauce over the meat and leave to marinate.

When the potatoes are cooked place in a different bowl and mash.

Heat up a pan of water with the stock cube in. When it is boiling, add the pasta.

Put the turkey and sauce in another pan and cook until the turkey has cooked through.

When the pasta and meat have cooked, place them both in the oven proof bowl, top with the mash and place in the oven for 5 mins. Serve
