1 1/2 cupmayo
1/2 cupsour cream
1/2 cupheavy cream
2 tbsplemon juice
1/2 tspgarlic powder
1/2 tspdried dill weed

place all ingredients in blender, blitz on high speed for 2 mins.

the mixture will look runny, but will thicken as it chills.

store in an airtight container in refrigerater for up to two weeks.
