Spicy and tangy beans on toast

Add all the spices to the beans and leave to simmer until warmed through

Toast one side of the bread

Turn and spread a thin layer of wholegrain on each slice, then top with the cheese

Toast the bread until the cheese has melted

Cover the toast with the beans, cover with a sprinkle of grated cheese
