  • 1Red Pepper
  • 1Green Pepper
  • 2Onion
  • 1 bunchGreen Onions
  • 8 cloveGarlic
  • 1 cupFresh chopped Basil
  • 1 bunchCilantro
  • 1 cupFresh Chopped Thyme
  • 1 cupFresh squeezed Lime Juice
  • 3 cupOlive Oil(or any oil)
  • 1/2 cupKosher Salt
  • 2 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients except water into food processed or blender.

  2. 2

    Blend till all is well blended.

  3. 3

    Remove from blender to a large bowl.

  4. 4

    Add two cups of water.Mix.

  5. 5

    Use as much as you need for your meats,or vegetables,and you can freeze the rest,in small portions.
