Ingredients

30 mins
7 servings
  • 1 canbiscuits
  • 1 lbsausage
  • 6 largeeggs
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 pinchsalt and pepper
  • 1 cupcheddar cheese
  • 1 cupmozzarella cheese

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Cut biscuits in to 4ths and line bottom of 9×13 greases baking pan.

  2. 2

    Spread cooked sausage over top of biscuits.

  3. 3

    Mix eggs, milk , salt & pepper in small bowl.

  4. 4

    Pour over top of biscuits and sausage.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle on your cheese over the top .

  6. 6

    Cover with tin foil and bake at 400°F for 35 mins.

  7. 7

    15 mins before ready remove tin foil.

So do you bake for 20 minutes covered and then remove foil last 15 minutes of baking?
