L's Easy Stuffed Tomatoes

Preheat oven to 180°c

Preparing the tomatoes: slice off the top of the tomato and using a teaspoon empty it into a bowl (we'll use it later). Put aside the hollow tomatoes and prepare the stuffing.

Warm olive oil in a small pan and sear the onion and the pine nuts.

Once the pine nuts have browned a bit add the beef, salt, garlic, olives, cinnamon powder and the juice we emptied from the tomatoes.

When the beef browns you'll know it's ready.

Now to fill the tomatoes.

Using a teaspoon put the stuffing in the hollow tomatoes. Cover with the top we sliced off.

Give it 30-40 minutes in the preheated oven.
