Ingredients

  • 5large potatoes washed
  • 1/2large onion
  • 2-1/2 tablespoonsoil
  • 1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/3 teaspoonground black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice the potatoes and onions

  2. 2

    Heat oil and add the potatoes, onions, salt, parsley, pepper, and garlic.

    Stir well coating all the potatoes and onions with oil. Cover and cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionally

    When fork tender they are done.
