3Crabs - Cleaned and each cut into two
2 tbspSmall chillies - Blended
1 tbspTumeric - Finely grated
3 stickLemon grass - smashed
2 mediumTumeric leaves - tied
1/2 cupHot water
1 tspSugar
1 tbspSalt
1 tbspFish stock
2 cupCoconut extract

In a large pot on a slow heat, heat up oil and add in all ingredients except coconut extract, simmer for few minutes then add in coconut extract and keep stirring until crabs turn color and they're bit thicken

Serve with some hot freshly cooked rice
