2 lbground beef
2 largeonions (diced)
6 clovegarlic
1 tbspcumin
1 tbsppaprika
1 tbspchili powder
32 ozcrushed tomatoes
16 ozcan pinto beans
1celery
16 ozcan northern beans
garnishes
1green onions (chopped)
1sour cream
1cheddar cheese

Steps

Brown beef and drain fat

saute onions and garlic until translucent.

add cumin, paprika, and chili powder and blend well. add tomatoes and beef. stir and let simmer for 1 and 1/2 hours.

add beans and simmer for another 1/2 hour.

garnish each individual bowl.
