  1. 2 cupWater
  2. 1 cupUncooked White or Brown Rice
  3. 1 lbGround Beef
  4. 1 mediumOnion, chopped
  5. 2 tbspSeasoned Salt
  6. 1 tspGround Black Pepper
  7. 1 tspDried Thyme
  8. 1 tspDried Oregano
  9. 1 tspDried Parsley
  10. 1 canCream of Mushroom Soup

Cooking Instructions

    Add the rice and water to a sauce pan and cook rice using package instructions. Set aside.

    Meanwhile, add the ground beef, onion, seasoned salt, pepper, thyme, oregano and parsley to a large pan, set on medium high heat. cook untill ground beef is browned. Drain. reduce heat to low.

    Add the rice and cream of mushroom soup to the ground beef mixture. mix, let simmer until heated all the way through, and serve.
