Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  • 3 tbspwhite vinegar
  • 2 tbspcooking oil
  • 4 mediumcloves garlic, crushed
  • 2green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsphot mustard
  • 1 tspgrated ginger
  • 1black pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine ingredients and mix well.

  2. 2

    Pour marinade over meat - round, chuck or flank steak or short ribs.

  3. 3

    Let stand for 2 hours, turning frequently.

  4. 4

    Drain meat and discard marinade.

  5. 5

    Cook meat on hot grill until done to taste.

  6. 6

    Makes enough marine for up to 3 lbs of beef.
