Marinate
2scotch bonnet chilli
2 clovegarlic
1Fresh thyme
1 tspcinnamon
1 tspnutmeg
1 tspall spice
1salt & pepper
1olive oil
1 tspground cloves
Meat
4Chicken legs
1Worcester sauce

Steps

mix all dry ingredients for marinate & season with salt and pepper

preheat oven to 428°

combine dry ingredients with olive oil
4

score chicken legs (skin side)
5

rub chicken thoroughly with marinate
6

add olive oil to a hot dish
7

brown marinated chicken for 10 minutes
8

add Worcester sauce
9

cover and cook in oven @ 428° for 20 minutes
