Arranged crsipy crowns on baking sheet, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Lawrys. Bake according to package directions. Cook taco meat according to taco seasoning directions. Heat cheese dip in small sauce pan. Layer crowns, meat, and cheese. Add a dollop of sour cream, two dollops of guacamole and refried beans and top with scallions.
