Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  • 1/4 cupThai sweet chili sauce
  • 3drops Sriracha hot chili sauce
  • 1cornstarch
  • 1oil
  • 1lb. shrimp
  • 1shredded lettuce

Steps

    Heat oil.

  2. 2

    In medium bowl, combine mayo, chili sauce, and hot sauce.

  3. 3

    Dredge shrimp in cornstarch. Deep fry. Drain on paper towel.

  4. 4

    Toss lightly with sauce and serve on shredded lettuce.
