  • 3 lbbonless chicken
  • 2 1/2 cupwater
  • 1 packagesmushroom flavored rice
  • 1 packagesbroccoli rice

  1. 1

    Cook chicken in skillet on med-high until done.

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  3. 3

    Shred chicken in casserole dish.

  4. 4

    Mix chicken and both rice packages together. Mix in 2 1/2 cups of water.

  5. 5

    cook for about 10 mins. Stir and cook for 5 more mins.

  6. 6

    Stir 1/3 cheese, and add remaining cheese to top of casserole.

  7. 7

    Melt cheese and enjoy!
