Ingredients

  1. 1 cuponion, chopped
  2. 1 cupcarrot
  3. 1 cupbeans
  4. 1/4 cupgreen peas
  5. 1 cuppotato
  6. 1 cuptomato chopped
  7. 2green chilly
  8. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  9. 1/4 cupgrated coconut
  10. 1 tsppoppy seed
  11. 5cashew nuts
  12. 1 1/2 tspfennel seeds
  13. 1 tsproasted gram (optional)
  14. 2 tspcoriander powder
  15. 2 tspgaram masala powder
  16. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  17. 1/2 tspred chilly powder
  18. 1/4 tspamchur powder or yogurt 1 tablespoon
  19. 2 tbspvegetable oil
  20. 1some coriander leaves
  21. salt

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the veggies

  2. 2

    Place d veggies in a pressure cooker for 3 whistle with turmeric powder and some salt except onion and tomato

  3. 3

    Make paste of rest of the ingredients except tomato and onion with some water

  4. 4

    Paste looks like this

    In a pan add oil n onion . Sauté till it becomes golden brown

  6. 6

    Add tomatoes to it. Saute until it becomes mushy

  7. 7

    Add that paste to it. . Mix well until it becomes very thick . And oil starts oozing out

  8. 8

    Now add cooked veggies and mix well. . Let it cook for 2 mins

  9. 9

    Switch off the flame n garnish with fresh coriander leaves
