1onion chopped
3 clovesgarlic
3carrots sliced
3potatoes cubed
3Baby Marrow
1pkt Mushrooms
10 mlolive oil
5 mlPaprika
1/2 CupBrown Lentils
1 canBaked beans
3 Cupsvegetable Stock
Salt and pepper

Steps

Stir in paprika tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, Baby marrow add vegetable stock.

Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for another 20 minutes till the vegetables are done.

Serve with brown rice
