  1. 1 lbpeeled shrimp
  2. 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  3. 1 canRotel
  4. 1 cupminced celery
  5. 1 1/2 cupchopped onion
  6. 1/2 stickbutter or margarine
  7. 2 cloveminced garlic
  8. 3 cupcooked rice

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter in skillet.

  2. 2

    Saute onion, celery, garlic until onions are clear and celery is softened.

  3. 3

    Add mushroom soup and Rotel.

  4. 4

    Simmer for 30 minutes

  5. 5

    Add shrimp and simmer for 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Serve over steamed rice.
