Preheat oven to 400

Rub chicken with 2 tablespoons olive oil

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon oregano

Arrange chicken skin side up in baking pan, throw in 1 quartered lemon

Toss potatos with 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper

Cook chicken and potatoes until chicken 165°, 45-50 mins

While chicken cooks, wisk together broth

Once chicken is ready, pull out and switch oven to broil

Leave potatoes in for a few minutes while broiler heats

Pour broth over chicken, and broil for about 3 mins until skin is bown and broth is bubbling

For each person places 4 wedges in bowl, and add chicken breast

Spoon sauce from chicken pan over bowl

Garnish with thin lemon slices and parsley
