Sven's Hot Honey glaze for chicken.
Try it, I love it!
Steps
- 1
Mix all and set aside while preparing the chicken (don't worry, the salt will diddle on the grill later).
- 2
I most of the time do it without garlic but it depends on your taste.
- 3
Grill chicken legs or wings at max heat until they get some branding, then grill indirectly at low temperature until they are ready to eat.
- 4
Stir the glaze to again mix the salt and honey since the salt tends to sink down. Then take a heat resistant kitchen brush and brush the glaze onto the chicken. Do this 2 or 3 times with about 15 to 20 minutes of grilling between it, before the chicken is ready. The chicken should get a layer of glaze and should look delicious.
