Season the salmon with salt, garlic, pepper, oregano and lemon juice. Leave for a while.

The aluminum foil should be twice the size of each salmon portion. Put a bit of olive oil, lay the salmon, then put olive oil again on top of the fish, close the aluminum by folding it and leaving the open side up. Do this for each of the salmon portions.

Put all of them in a pre-heated oven to 220°C. Leave for about 20min. You can check how cooked the fish is by opening the foil.
