Pour the nice crispy onion in a suitable bowl to your liking. Let it rain down a manageable amount of spicy seasoning, so as to fit the soon to be chips in disguise.

Now add little by little of the puré de tomate while you stir and stir. It is important that the onions remain as crisp as possible here..

You should be able to see when the tomato's red color has spread to all of your onion - and this is where you finish it all off with a bit of lemony squeeze. Stir one last time for maximum homogeneity:)
