Ingredients

  1. 6 pcBoiled Potatoes
  2. HalfCup Boiled peas
  3. HalfCup chopped Carrots
  4. HalfCup chopped beans
  5. HalfCup chopped bell pepper
  6. HalfCup grated Beetroot
  7. Halfcup All-purpose flour for making sulry
  8. 1 cupBroken sawai
  9. 2 tspginger chilli paste
  10. to tastesalt
  11. 1 tspblackpepper
  12. Oil For frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add one tbsp oil, add ginger chilli paste to it.

  2. 2

    Add all veggies to pan, and cook till it's little soften.

  3. 3

    Mash little peas with back of spoon so it gets mash a little.

  4. 4

    Add mashed potatoes to pan and give a mix.

  5. 5

    Let cool down mixture, then make a patties out of it.

  6. 6

    Keep patties in fridge for 20 mins, meanwhile make slury out of flour.

  7. 7

    Take flour, add one cup water to make slury.

  8. 8

    Then take a patties, dip into slury then coat into crushed sawai.

  9. 9

    Then shallow fry or deep fry Cutlets.

  10. 10

    Serve hot with sauce and some salad.
