400 mlTinned coconut milk
1 tbspDried coriander
2 tbspPaprika
2Crushed garlic cloves
1Diced onion
1/2Diced yellow pepper
1Chopped parsley
2 tbspOlive oil

Fry onion, garlic and pepper in oil for 5mins over a medium heat.

Add mushrooms then cook for 5mins and drain.
