6 cupWatercress, thick stems removed
1/2 lbwax beans, trimmed and sliced on the bias
1/4 smallred onion, thinly sliced
15 1/2 ozcan chickpeas, rinsed
3 ozricotta salata, crumbled
1/2 cupchopped roasted almonds, Crusty bread, for serving

Whisk together the oil, vinegar, half teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a large bowl.
