cook hamburger

preheat oven 375

rinse quinoa thoroughly then combine quinoa and 2 cups chicken broth into sauce pan, boil for 10 minutes

combine cooked quinoa and hamburger in sauce pan. add garlic, spinach, and tomato sauce and mix

cut peppers in halves and fill pepper with quinoa and hamburger mix

place peppers in casserole pan, and pour chicken broth in pan. Cook at 375 until peppers are tender
