Ingredients

  • 4frozen boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 jar(11 oz) apricot preserves
  • 1 tbspDijon mustard
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1/4 tspground ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Put frozen chicken in bottom of crockpot.

  2. 2

    Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken

  3. 3

    Cook on low for 6 hours.

  4. 4

    Shred chicken before serving.
