Ingredients

  1. For kadi__
  2. 1 bowlgram flour
  3. 2 bowlsour curd
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tbspmustard seeds
  6. 5-6curry leaves
  7. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tbspturmeric
  9. 1/2 tbspheeng
  10. For dhaniya aloo---
  11. 4-5boil potatoes
  12. 2-3green chilli
  13. 1 bunchchopped and grind coriander leaves
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 1/2 tbspturmeric
  16. 2/2 tbspaamchur
  17. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  18. For Gobhi alloo___
  19. 1cauliflower
  20. 3-4 peel potatoes
  21. 2-3tomatoes
  22. 1 tbspginger paste
  23. 2-3 green chilli
  24. Salt to taste 1tbsp red chilli
  25. 1 tbspgaram garam
  26. 1/2 tbspturmeric
  27. For rice__
  28. 1 bowlsoak rice
  29. 1 bowlKnead flour for roti
  30. Salad
  31. 1Cucumber
  32. 1beetroot
  33. 1onion
  34. 1/2lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    For kadi - take a mixing bowl add gram flour add water mix well make pakoda and deep fry it.

  2. 2

    Add ghee in kadai now heeng mustard seeds till crackle. Add beated sour curd and gram flour add water make it boil for half hr add salt turmeric red chilli and curry leaves now add pakoda we fry.cook in simmer for 45 mn.

    Dhaniya alloo_ grind coriander leaves chilli.

  4. 4

    Add ghee in kadai add heeng then mixture of coriander saute it by adding spices salt amchur turmeric and red chilli.

  5. 5

    Add boil potatoes mix well ready to eat dhaniya aloo.

  6. 6

    For Gobhi alloo__ add oil in kadai then add heeng and Gobhi aallo fry it well.

  7. 7

    Now cover it..add spices in Gobhi aloo now add ginger and chopped tomatoes again cover it for 5 mn.garnish it with coriander leaves.

    Boil rice.-- add too water in vessel make rice boil when it cooks strain water ready to eat steamed rice.

    Roti_ make a roll roast in tawa..

    Salad __ cut cucumber beetroot onion in round shape add lemon juice.....

  11. 11

    This is perfect lunch diet....
