These are an old family recipe that I used in my restaurant and everyone loves.

First add your flour, salt, sugar, baking powder into mixing bowl and mix together

With a fork stir in your butter until mixture turns into little lumps

pour in milk and mix with fork until dough follows fork around bowl
- 4
On a flour dusted cutting board knead the dough and pat or roll it to be about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick depending on how big or how many biscuit you want.

Bake in preheated oven 450°F for 10 to 12 minutes
