Oats & peas patties/cutlets
#tea time snacks with green peas
Steps

Grind coarsely roasted oats & pieces of bread edges.

Grind coarsely peas, coriander leaves, green chillies & spring onions.

Add peas paste in oats & bread crumbs. Add all remaining ingredients. Mix all properly.

Knead like a soft dough. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Now make equal size cutlets or patties.

Heat nonstick pan. Pour some oil. Place 4-5 cutlets at a time. Shallow fry them on slow heat until golden brown on both sides. It will take 4-5 minutes to shallow fry.

Once done. Serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.

Note: I have shallow fry these cutlets, if you wish you can deep fry them.
