Sabse pahle maida, sooji,3tbsp. Oil aur salt according to taste daale aur mix kare aur pani daalkar goondhe.1/2ghantee k liye dhak kar rakh deen.

Ab ek jaar m 1cup peas,ginger,green chilli aur jeete ko grind karen.

Ab ek pan m 2 tbsp oil len aur 1/2cup bachi hui peas. Daalkar pakayen.haldi daalen.

Ab isme grinded peas daalen aur 2-3 minutes saute kare.

Ab isme coriander seeds,chaat masala, sugar,. Grated coconut, salt daalen aur mix karen.aur 2 minute k liye dhak kar medium aanch par pakayein.

Ab gas band karr dijiye aur isme kishmish, neembu ka ras aur chopped coriander ummid karen aur thanda hone k liye rakh den.

Ab. Maide ki choti koi le poori jitna bele aur beech m mixture rakhen sur gujhiya ki tarah banne kar den aur dono side k kone pakad k pallette aur rose ki bud ka aakar den.
