Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsoft unsalted butter
  2. 1 cuplight brown sugar packed
  3. 1/2 cupgranulated sugar
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1 tspvanilla extract
  6. 1 1/2 cupflour
  7. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  8. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  9. 1 1/2 tspGround cinnamon
  10. 1/2 tspalmond extract
  11. 1/2 tspGround sea salt
  12. 2 cupdry instant Oatmeal
  13. 1 cupsemi sweet chocolate chips
  14. 1 cupcherry flavored morsels
  15. 10 largecherries, drained and minced

Cooking Instructions

    pre heat oven to 350

  2. 2

    in medium sized mixing bowl, cream butter and both sugars until mixed well

  3. 3

    add both vanilla and almond extracts and two eggs and continue to mix.

    in separate small bowl combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt. mix together with fork.

    Slowly combine dry ingredients into wet bowl mixing with electric mixer.

    fold Oatmeal into bowl

  7. 7

    fold chocolate chips and cherry morsels into bowl

  8. 8

    finally fold in minced cherries

  9. 9

    drop teaspoon sized servings onto greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes

  10. 10

    after 10 minutes, remove from oven and let cool for 3 minutes before moving cookies onto a cooling rack to finish cooling.

    should yield about 40 amazing semi soft cookies
