Take maida, suji in a bowl

Add oil for moyan.

Knead tight dough using water.

Keep this dough aside for 30 minutes.

In the mean while we will prepare the Stuffing.

Take dry fruits and coconut powder.

Dry roast it.

Cool it and add powdered sugar.

Stuffing is ready

Now take dough. Divide it into 3 parts.

Add green to one part, red to another.And keep 3 rd part as it is.

Now make balls from dough and roll it.

Now keep rolled one over other.

Again roll and make log.

Cut it into parts by knife. We will get pinwheels.

Now again roll these pin wheels and stuff with stuffing and make ghujiya

At last dip and fry all ghujiya

Spiral ghujiyas are ready.
