Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupvanilla yogart
  • 2 tspcider vinegar
  • 1 tspgrated lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsppoppy seeds
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 2 tsppepper
  • 6 ozwhole grain penne pasta
  • 12 ozchicken breast
  • 3 ozspinach
  • 1 smallred bell pepper
  • 1 smallred onion
  • 1/4 cupsliced almonds
  • 1 tbspmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    in a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. set aside

  2. 2

    cook pasta, rinse

  3. 3

    large bowl stir together the chicken, pasta, spinach, bell pepper and onion

  4. 4

    pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat. co we and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. If salad feels dry toss with milk before serving. toss almonds on befor serving
