Ingredients

  • 1 lbground beef
  • 1 boxzatarans dirty rice mix
  • 1 canchipotle refried beans
  • 1 canfire roasted tomatoes
  • 2 canenchilada sauce
  • 2/3 cupchopped onion
  • 6 mediumtortillas
  • 1 packagesshredded mexican 4 cheese blend
  • 1 packagesfritos

    Brown beef with onions

  2. 2

    Prepare dirty rice by instructions on box

  3. 3

    Add 1 can of enchilada sauce to completed dirty rice, stir in

  4. 4

    Preheat oven to 350

  5. 5

    Insure tortillas are slightly warm for maleability

  6. 6

    Open refried beans and smear on tortilla, then add a few spoonfuls of finished dirty rice. Roll up burrito and place in pam'd 6x9" pan. Repeat as desired

  7. 7

    Mix second can of enchilada sauce and fire roasted tomatoes and pour over burritos

  8. 8

    Cover with cheese

  9. 9

    Cook in oven at 350 for 20-25 mins

  10. 10

    Crumble fritos, sprinkle over deliciousness, serve hot with sour cream
