
Pork & Bean Bread

Preheat Oven 325 degrees; Grease and Flour two 9x5x3" loaf pans.

Puree undrained pork and beans in a blender or food processor.

In a large bowl combine and mix well eggs, flour, sugar, salt, oil, cinnamon, vanilla, baking soda, and baking powder.

Gently fold in pureed pork and beans, and nuts. Then divide batter evenly into the 2 pans.

Bake 60 minutes or until bread test done using a toothpick.
