Soak suji+ Dahi for half an hour.

Add coriander leaves,salt,jeera, chillies and mix well.

Heat the appam mould on gas.Add some oil in the cavity.

Now finally add soda to suji batter and mix well.

Pour spoon full of batter in each appam cavity and on hi flame fry appe.

Turn over after one side gets brown.

Repeat same and take out once done.
