Steps

Add milk,yeast,sugar,salt,egg and butter into a bowl and stir them till they are well mixed

Add the flour into the wet mixture and continue to stir till a dough is formed

Knead till smooth

Brush a clean bowl with oil(prefer using butter) proof the dough till it doubles itself(45 to 1 hr in a warm place)

Roll to 1 cm or 1/2 cm thick,using a clean glass and a bottle top cut out the shapes and place them into a cookie baking sheetand proof again.Nb:Dont over proof

Fry till golden brown or the colour you desire

Frost it using icing sugar,chocolate and sprinkles or you can just leave it that way

Enjoy with cofee or tea
