Preheat oven 190°C. Line several baking sheets with baking paper.

Mix soft butter with sugar until fluffy. Add egg yolk and vanilla extract.

Sift flour and salt. Mix everything. Add coconut and craberries. Mix again.

Scoop up tablespoonfuls of the dough and place in mounds on the prepared baking sheets.
