Steps

Take 3 cups wheat flour. Add water, salt and 1 tbsp ghee. Mix and prepare the dough.

Cover and keep aside for 20-30 mins.

Take the grated gobi, onion, coriander and green chilli. Mix them well to prepare the gobi filling.

Add salt, chilli powder, garam masala as per taste.

Take a medium sized ball from the prepared dough and dust it with dry flour. Roll them into flattened discs and apply some ghee/oil on them.

Stuff the paratha with the gobi filling and close the dough. Roll it into a flattened disc once again.

Place the rolled paratha on a hot tawa and roast it with ghee/oil until the paratha turns golden brown uniformly.

Serve with pickle, butter or yogurt.
