Take a pan and add all the ingredients. Add water also.

Put it on a low flame. When this mixture comes to boil stair it continuously till all the water get dry.

It will smell good when it will come to cook.

When all the ghee get separated from the mixture and no water left your chatani is ready to eat.

Eat with any kind of bread or khakhara.
