Subse pehle sub flour mix karo.

Uske baad usme methi leaves, turmeric powder,salt aur red chilli powder dalo.

Baad mein usme thoda pani mix kar ke aate jaisa karo.phir usko lambe aakar mein muthia banao.

Uske baad dhokla ke cooker mein thoda pani dalke plate rakh ke ye muthia rakho aur 20 minute tak steam karo.

Uske baad cooker mein se nikalkar muthia ko square aakar mein kato.

Ab thoda sa kadai mein oil lo aur usme hing, rai aur til saute karo. Uske baad usme muthia dalo aur hila ke sauce ke sath serve karo.
