Mix chilli powder, paprika, salt and pepper together in a bowl then add softened butter and mix together till you have a paste. Rub your paste all over your chicken breasts and place in a large bowl or plate.

Crush 3 cloves of garlic and scatter over chicken. Cover with cling film and place in the fridge to marinate for two hours.

Pre heat oven on a high heat for twenty minutes. Once marinated remove chicken from fridge and remove cling film. Cover with foil and cook on middle shelf for twenty mins on a medium heat Remove the foil and sprinkle with cheese put back in the oven for ten minutes.
