Grilled vegetables on a dosa tava

First make a marinade by mixing together curds,ginger garlic chilli paste, coriander leaves.

Chop paneer and all ghee vegetables in squares.

Put paneer and vegetables in the marinade for 1 hour or more.

Heat a dosa tava and spray 1 or 2 tsp oil. Skewer all the vegetables and paneer and grill ghem on all sides on the dosa tava.

Remove and serve immediately. Sprinkle some lemon juice and chaat the masala on them.

These grilled vegetables are low calorie and tempting, filling at the same time.
