Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  • 250 gmspaneer
  • 1 packetmushrooms.
  • 1each red, yellow and green capsicums
  • Spring onion bunch.
  • 2 tspginger, garlic and chilli paste
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • 1 tspeach salt, red chilli powder
  • 250 gmsthick curds
  • 2 tspoil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First make a marinade by mixing together curds,ginger garlic chilli paste, coriander leaves.

  2. 2

    Chop paneer and all ghee vegetables in squares.

  3. 3

    Put paneer and vegetables in the marinade for 1 hour or more.

    Heat a dosa tava and spray 1 or 2 tsp oil. Skewer all the vegetables and paneer and grill ghem on all sides on the dosa tava.

    Remove and serve immediately. Sprinkle some lemon juice and chaat the masala on them.

    These grilled vegetables are low calorie and tempting, filling at the same time.

nicely written Aparna ji!!! But looks like there is a shadow in your cover image. You can always take pictures diagonally to avoid shadow and glare. Hope this helps
