Ingredients

  • 3 lbfree range chicken
  • 1thyme rosemary tarragon sea salt cracked black pepper
  • 2lemons
  • 1Grapeseed Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Rub outside of chicken with grapeseed oil and the seasonings

  2. 2

    Rub inside with just tarragon, rosemary thyme.

  3. 3

    Cut up lemons and stuff into the chicken.

  4. 4

    Place into Infrared cooker. Using a digital thermometer with probe cook until 165°F Fahrenheit
